Labstrack is a personal health diary for tracking lab results. It is built to be private by design. This policy explains exactly what happens to your data.
Labstrack has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or developer-operated servers. We do not receive your lab results or documents. On-device parsing does not transmit or collect data.
Your lab results are stored only on your device, protected by iOS data protection, and included in your encrypted device backup if you back up your iPhone. Labstrack has no servers and never receives a copy.
Lab reports are read entirely on your device using Apple's on-device text-recognition and language technologies. No images or text are ever uploaded — nothing leaves your phone. Labstrack does not send your reports to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Biological sex and birth date are optional, stored securely on your device (in the iOS Keychain), and used only to choose the correct reference range when a lab lists several.
Labstrack contains no advertising and no third-party ad or analytics SDKs. Your health data is never used for advertising of any kind.
You can delete any single result, or all of your data, at any time from Settings. "Delete all data" permanently removes your results, custom markers, and profile from the device. Use this control before uninstalling if you want Keychain values removed; iOS may preserve Keychain items after an app is deleted.
Labstrack is for tracking and organization only. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
